Trouble Recognizing Files

I have read all of the info on getting Boxee to recognize TV Shows, however it is puzzeling me why Boxee will recognize:

Dead.like.me.S01E01.Pilot.avi

But not any of these:

Dead.like.me.S01E02.Dead.girl.walking.avi
Dead.like.me.S01E03.Curious.George.avi
Dead.Like.Me.S01E04.Reapercussions.avi
Dead.like.me.S01E05.Reaping.havoc.avi
Dead.like.me.S01E06.My.room.avi
Dead.like.me.S01E09.Sunday.mornings.avi
Dead.like.me.S01E10.Business.unfinished.avi
Dead.like.me.S01E11.The.bicyclethief.avi
Dead.like.me.S01E13.Vacation.avi
Dead.Like.Me.S01E14.Rest_In_Peace.avi

Also i had "forced" it to recognize episode 2 by typing: Dead Like Me,1,2

However it brought back the episode name as Deleted Scenes.

To my knowledge Boxee only cares up to the end of the episode numbers and everything after that can be trash.

I am running the latest version.
