No Boxee Launcher in Patchstick... help please

Ok, so Im new... I have followed the directions for installing Boxee on my ATV, I have even watched Daves videos on the process.. once thing I noticed, as I havent been able to get this to work, is that under the "plugins" folder on the patchstick, there is NO Boxee launcher folder, just the software menu and the XMBC Launcher (which doesnt show up upon restart either... My ATV reset to factory setting last attempt and shows Version 1.0... I am downloading udate now... any ideas?

Do you receive an error ? what creator version are you using? Have you tried another patchstick?
