Boxee and Hulu new issue??

I've tried to find the latest status of the Hulu/Boxee saga, and haven't seen this issue.... The latest Boxee on my Mac (Leopard) stopped working with Hulu (using the default Hulu feeds block). Now I can go in and browse the shows and drill down to the exact episode, however when I play, the Hulu page page comes up as normal, but never brings the video to full screen like before. Also the audio is fine, but the video window stays black (with a small banner add in the top right corner of the Hulu page....

Ths occurs on any show I pick in Hulu via Boxee... On a whim I hit up the Hulu site itsel in my regular browser and they appear fine. Anyone else seeing this?? Sorry if I missed this topic somewhere else, did a forum search and didn't see it......

Same exact problem here. Running Leo OSX86 10.5.6.

This supposed duel between Hulu and Boxee is getting tiresome. The only people getting poked at is us.

The mouse or Wiimote on a mac or PC with a standard browser seems to be the cure for now.

Just a little piece of competitive intelligence I stumbled upon in case anyone is interested. I met last week with some ad sales execs from Hulu (I am a manager in a marketing department for a large corporation). After I complained to them about the stupidity of Hulu blocking distribution through Boxee, they showed me some screenshots of a new desktop client they are developing themselves for the "lean-back" / remote-control using population. This would seem to negate all of the implied reasons for which they blocked Boxee in the first place.

It looked nice enough, but who knows which platforms they'll support. And, of course, the main point of Boxee is to collect all these kinds of apps into a single interface shell--rather than having to walk up to your computer and launch each site individually. Here's hoping they eventually see the light and release their own official client as a Boxee app.
