I would also like an Amazon VOD app. It's really the only thing that keeps me from tossing my Roku.

Buying a Roku today, just so we can utilize our Amazon VOD. We still have two Boxee Box units, so you'll still have support from me, but now that the Fall TV season is here, we will be utilizing the Roku more for Hulu and now for Amazon. Would be nice to not have to do this

I got the standard boiler plate response from Amazon..
I can see that the ability to have "Boxee Box" as a compatible device is important to you; unfortunately, this is not a feature we have implemented at this time. I am also not aware of any specific plans for this to change. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customer feedback like yours is very important to us as it helps us continue to improve the service we provide.

I've forwarded your feedback to our Amazon Instant Video team for consideration as we make future improvements.

We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Doesn't really mean anything one way or the other.

Default Agreed - You must pester Amazon

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Pestering Amazon with polite messages is the best bet.

I feel like Netflix is starting to flail a little bit as a company. If Boxee was smart they'd be trying to make this happen a little faster.
