Pandora's app ceased to work for me this morning as well. It was streaming fine last night, still works on both on my iphone and from any browser. I have deleted it and re-added it to my Boxee apps to no avail.
Edit: Okay, I went into Hulu to play a video and then Pandora started playing again (over the Hulu feed). I backed out to Music/Internet and went into Pandora and all is well again. Last night I left Pandora running and perhaps my ATV kicked into sleep mode and messed with things. Regardless, all is working now.

Running Boxee v0.9.11.5774 w/ Launcher v3 on Apple TV v2.3 shared to a Mac Pro Tower Dual Quad-Core 3GHz running OS X v10.5.6. Testing both over ethernet and wireless 802.11n via Airport.
