This is something that I'd like a lot. Media Center in Windows 7 is very nice but I prefer Boxee and would be nice if everything was in the same app.

Default Live TV via Digital Tuner Card

I haven't seen any responses to this. Boxee is a great application, and it seriously makes me consider moving over to it as my main front end.

The thing that prevents me is no live Tv. I currently have this both on my main front end, Media Portal, and others I flirt with, VMC and SageTV

I've heard MythTV is good for this, but haven't used it personally. It's open source though!!! So like all the menus are customizable, you could write plug-ins etc etc...maybe you could write a plug-in to seamless combine the two. Make MythTV you're default front-end and then have something on the main menu to switch over to Boxee.
