[NEW SKIN] PM3 Resurgence

Lately I have been working on porting PM3.HD to Boxee.

It is still pretty early in development, In the end it will look kinda different and feel kinda different, but still be pretty familiar as much will be essentially the same.

TO DO:
*Port all windows <--DONE!
*Add boxee windows <--In Progress
*PM3ify all new windows
*Rearrange the settings window
*Integrate social stuff
*Take out all non-boxee functions

I will update this thread as progress is made.

There doesn't seem to be much traffic through here, but I think there may be a few who'd like to be updated as progress is made.
I am giving my brain a break from xml for a day and I decided to whip up some boxified graphics.
So here it is. this is the way I am going to make it look by default...

I know a lot of people don't like the green in boxees default skin so those people may be disappointed to see that I am making my skin pretty green. On an upside, once themes are usable in boxee PM3.HD themes will be pretty much 100% compatible with Resurgence.

Oh BTW, I am working on replacing the background images too (like the little kitties).

Well, when it comes to porting an xbmc skin the only words of wisdom I have is, if you know how to code for xbmc skins then you know how to code for boxee too. For the most part the old windows(xmls) can be copied and pasted from the xbmc version.
I am sure if others where to take on the task of porting a XBMC skin it would prolly take less than a month, depending on skill level and time available, and I guess if you are planning on making it much different than the original.
Then there is the task of cleaning up, and there will be LOTS of that.
If anyone has a specific question about porting a xbmc skin feel free to PM me.

BTW
I am making this one a bit different than the original so don't expect this to be out in a month. As it is boxee doesn't even have the ability to switch to another skin, so I think I have quite some time before I can realistically even release this.
Soon I will be working on social stuff so stay tuned for more screenshots.

I definately will get in touch with you and maybe others on the team as it is ready to be rolled out. A few things need to be done to Boxee itself before this could see a proper release.

Also, I will let people know when I need some testers, just know that it will probably be at LEAST 1-2 months from now.
