Boxee Freezes On Exit

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem as it's driving me mental.

Almost every time I try to quit Boxee (via the Exit command in the menu) it freezes and I have to do a OPT+CMD+ESC to Force Quit Boxee.

It seems totally random i.e. could have Boxee running for a minute or several hours and it may/may not exit properly.

I'm running the latest version (tried the testing version too but the problem is the same) on Leopard (10.5.6) on a Mac Mini Core 2 Duo, 2gb RAM.

There's never anything particularly meaningful in the Console logs either, just a line to say it's locked up, for example;

30/03/2009 15:17:53 /usr/sbin/spindump[675] process 649 is being monitored
30/03/2009 15:17:53 /usr/sbin/spindump[675] process 649 is being force quit

same here!

many crashes on exit by way of the exit menu.
force quit to get out of it.
Guess this is what they mean by bleeding edge huh!!
