Adding a Windows Vista media source

I'm trying to add a Windows Vista media source. I can find the computer on my workgroup, but Boxee fails to retrieve the data. Are there any steps I might be missing? Is there a link to a tutorial that can guide me through setting up sharing on Windows, etc.? Running Boxee on a mac.
