Has anyone been able to bring the keyboard up? Im running the windows alpha if that matters.
I constantly get DNS issues. How is the remote attempting to connect to the Boxee web server? I can only hit it if I use the ATV IP address...
I forgot to turn on the Wifi on the iPhone!![]()
Curious - I just tried to download the Boxee remote onto my 1st generation Ipod Touch. Unfortunately, the Apple App store tells me that the program isn't compatible.
Any reason? Or is this the app store's fault?
It may because your ipod/iphone software version has not been upgraded. 2.2.1 is the latest and I know that a friend of mine couldn't get some of the apps to work unless he upgraded his 1gen ipod touch.
The stupidest, most self-centered, appallingest excuse for an anthropomorphic personification in this or any other plane.

I have a 1st gen Ipod Touch and Boxee downloaded on it. I had a similar message when I tried to installed the update for Topple. It was because I hadn't updated to the latest version of the touch. Once I did that, it downloaded perfectly.

The remote worked perfectly for me - I set up everything last night, and I'm blown away by how great the Boxee ecosystem is.
Really, I'm floored.
But, I've got a suggestion - add a "Wake On LAN" feature to the remote app, so I can wake up a sleeping Boxee. Right now, I'm using a second iPhone app to wake it up, then I hop back over to my Boxee app. It'd be a lot nicer if I could do it all through one application.
I recognize this may work differently than how it currently is set up (I'm not sure if the Boxee remote can connect to a sleeping Boxee server), but it'd be a great feature to have.
