Default New HD, Loading Error No Matter What

I replaced my old external 1TB WD with a new 2TB WD (in a Thermaltake external dock).

I copied over all my files, same folders shared, same drive letter, and I receive a Loading Error no matter what. I tried re-naming the share names, I've changed the drive letter, I've factory defaulted the Boxee several times, I've restarted the machine and Boxee in between trials, nothing works. The Boxee sees the new share names, so it's networking with the computer, but I get the Loading Error when trying to access the folder. The Boxee also still see's the share folders on another drive of mine just fine. I'm at a loss. I'm running Windows XP with a Netgear N900 router. I never had an issue until now.

    Any suggestions?

It's a permissions issue on the folders... You need to make sure that Everybody can read (and possibly Guest as well, not sure).

I apprecaite the reply, but I have Windows XP Home, there are no permissions to set. Simple file sharing is the default.

I found this image from google images, it's not my machine, but when you share with Windows XP Home, you right click on the folder/drive, you check both boxes and label the share name these are your only options, no permissions, and I never did anything special in the past:

It's been quite some time since I used XP Home - but I believe you may need to set the permissions in XP Home while booted in Safe Mode (not 100% sure though) - try googling " setting security permissions in windows xp home "

I appreciate the response, but no luck. First I found this command "shrpubw" which is a GUI for sharing which allows you to give access to "Everyone" but that didn't work. Then I booted into safe mode and manually gave security permissions to "Everyone" that way, and the Boxee Box still can't access the folders. Sigh.

Yea, I tried everything, short of a format the Boxee is basically a paper weight. What's confusing is it still see's the D:\ shares just fine, it's just my new M:\ drive it can't access. If I delete the shared, Boxee sees they aren't there anymore, if I re-add them, it sees they are re-added, so the communication to the new drive is fine, but it can't access the folders, but with Windows XP Home, it's all simple file sharing, no user access required, but I logged into safe mode and gave "Everyone" access anyway.
