Scanning
The weirdest thing happened yesterday. I plugged my new boxee live tv in did the channel scan andm got 2 channels so i decided to take it out.
I unplugged it and now I have no movies in my local media via file source. It shows the added directory but when I try to rescan it, it keeps saying "waiting to be scanned"
Someone please help this I frustrating

It may be that the media info database has become corrupted. You can do the following:
1) Remove all your sources
2) Go to Settings>>System>>Advanced and select the Clear media information from the library
3) Restart the Boxee Box (turn it off, then turn it back on)
4) Re-add your sources, one source at a time, WAITING for each source to finish scanning/identifying before adding the next one
Give that a go and let us know if it helps or not.

I can't add a directory? I have to add each movie one by one?

"sources" are folders.

Did what you said, it's scanning now.

What about my live tv dongle, I can't get more than 2 channels, I changed my postal false and it found like 10, but i can't get any reception. I am using the supplied antenna and I don't have a window close to it
