Default Boxee Box or Apple TV v2 winner Apple TV v2

I purchased the Boxee Box since its release in the US. I purchased the Apple TV v2 later on to use in my bedroom. The Boxee Box has always been used in the livingroom. This past week Ive decide to move the Boxee to the bedroom and use as my primary device. I made a big mistake.

Latest firmware after rolling back to previous versious and upgrading.

    spdif doesn't work

    random freezes or app closes.

This wouldnt be a serious issue, but I remembered doing a search for on the forums to resolve the spdif issue to only see a moderator with a quick tongue and poor service mention things like posting logs (I'm nerdy enough to know what he/she is asking for), BUT if I were to choose on buying a future version of said products I hate to say it will not be the Boxee because of the "customer service"

The apple tv is jailbroken, but spdif works right out of the box and finding answers are not greated with sarcastic responses. With todays economy and competitive products, support is part of the package. I never did find that answer to many questions, because I stopped caring.

$99 for one product and $180 for another, you would think the cheaper one has the shitty support.
