    Default What's next for Boxee?

I've been using Boxee Box for a while, and have also been a pretty early user since 2007/
I love it and I enjoy using it, but I have to ask what's in store when it comes to Boxee in the future.
We're reaching the end of 2012 in the world of apps and social media, and I could really use some serious interfacing between Boxee and Facebook, Gmail etc (notifications about things that happen in my Gmail or my Facebook accounts, "liking" an episode I'm viewing etc). I would also love to see how my android device can "play" with the Boxee device, other than being a remote control.
And what about improving the basic features, which are long-long overdue, like the ability to randomly play music files in a directory or continuously playing videos files, having the ability to "star" or "favorite" an app from the repo for easy access and maybe even - god forbid? - some way to download torrents to an external device.
    How about you?

Boxee already supports social media integration with Facebook tumblr and twitter.

You can also make favorites and more.

This sounds to me like you haven't been using it for very long and have not explored the existing UI. Have a look around. It does most of what you are looking for already!
