Boxee not loading

Hi Guys

my boxee always shows the "loading" screen.

The logo on front flashes Orange twice / Green once sequence (forgive my colour descriptions, colour blind person writing this)

Have tried resetting settings

Have tried resetting factory and user settiings

Does anyone have a clue why this would be happening - I'd be very very grateful for your help

..... for got to mention the Factory Restore failes with "Error Code 0x314"
