    Default netflix access

    last night after selecting the app for netflix, the screen paused for a few seconds and returned to the screen listing all apps. this happened quite a few times and finally I just gave up and tried to shut it down. But it stayed on the shut down screen. finally, i shut down the tv, etc to get it off. i checked to make sure all connections were ok. they were and tonight everything is the same but am unable to access pandora as well as netflix. Please help.

    This this first: turn off the Box and remove the power cord from the outlet for about 15s, then reconnect the power cord and turn on the Box.

    Next, go to Settings>>System>>Services and select "Clear Netflix Data".
