After a year and a half of service my Boxee Box has decided to brick its self .

Quite frequently I find that it's completely frozen on the screensaver and have to reboot it so when I went to watch a video this morning and found this to be the case I didn't think much of it, I simply reboot it using the power button as normal, but when it came back it had completely reset its self and I had to go through the initial setup steps again, configuring it for my TV, logging in etc. annoying, but not the end of the world so I got on with things, readded my network drives and watched some videos.

I went to watch another video (one I've watched previously) and the Boxee Box just went into an endless loop between "Loading" and displaying a full screen Boxee logo, nothing would respond so after about 5 minutes I buttoned it.

While waiting for it to come back on I noticed that it was taking a lot longer than normal to come back on then I noticed the Boxee logo on the box is alternating between green and red which I'd never seen before and knew wasn't healthy, again after waiting a while I buttoned it again as nothing was happening.

I boot into the recovery console, but my remote wasn't working so I plugged in a USB keyboard and tried a factory reset, but I was rewarded with an error message stating "operation failed error code 0x314". I tried to do a manual firmware update from USB, which looked like it worked, but it didn't make any difference and now the USB keyboard wont work in the recovery console.

Anyone got any ideas on how to recover my Boxee, failing that does anyone know what D-Link's warranty is on them?
