Audio Problem

I have some movies that used to play normally at Boxee. but after I use mlvmergue GUI 5.6.0 to put the subtittles in the same file, the boxee does not playback its audio anymore. When I play it with VLC in the computer, the audio is OK, but in the boxee there is no audio.
