Remote not working after introducing second box

I purchased a second box for downstairs. Got it working fine. I then removed it, I was just checking it's status to make sure it worked. Now my original box remote doesn't work, no response at all. I tried to pair the remote but it doesnt work.
What do I do the remote doesn't work at all.

Pull the plug from your boxee unit for a few minutes, power up, and then remarry the remote (if necessary).
