Remote Problems

Ive just bought a second Boxee box....I've had one for over a year so Im very faimilar with the interface/remote etc.

When I booted up for the first time it did the update....then rebooted....then asked if I wanted to sign in with an existing account or a new one.....this is whre the problems started. I couldnt type my username in, because it kept repeating characters....for example, I pressed d and I got 10 d's comming up on screen.

After around 20 minutes I did get signed in, but the problem persisted....it does seem to relate to just the keypad, it is the left/right/up/down too.....somtimes it is fine, then the next time it doesnt respond....then the next press repeats itself 20 times.

Im hoping this isnt a fault and Ill have to return the thing....does anyone know if this is a common fault and if there is a fix?
