NBC 2012 Olympics app on iPad AirPlay to Boxee doesn't work

Just wanted to know if this is working for anyone on Boxee through Aiplay. Some of the reviewers in the app store for iPad claim they can Airplay from the 2012 Olympics app, but when I attempt to AirPlay the video to Boxee I get an error on the screen saying "the media source or file is not accessible". I don't know if those claiming to be successful are Airplaying to Boxee, or some other device like Roku or AppleTV. Has anyone else tried this yet?

More than likely they're talking about mirroring which Boxee doesn't support.

However, which app exactly and what country are you in? I've downloaded two NBC Olympics apps (one heavily sponsored by Citibank and Enterprise, called Live Extra, requires thaty you have cable tv subscription) and another sponsored by GE primarily, called simply NBC Olympics. Both icons have the "London" standard (shield/logo) and neither show a player with an airplay icon (and I just tested it with Spotify and it's there). In fact, the video player in those apps look a like the "flowplayer" you see on the web here and there...

I'm in the USA, and I have tried both of those apps from NBC, and you are correct, the video does not have an AirPlay icon. I accessed AirPlay by double-tapping the iPad button and sliding to the player bar, where I can select Boxee as an AirPlay device. You may be correct that those other users reporting they can use these apps with AirPlay may be connecting to devices supporting mirroring. I continue to search for a way to access the full Olympic streams from NBC on my TV. All suggestions will be appreciated!
