    Question Boxee Box remote sticks

When pressing a directional arrow, the selection moves 3-4 times as if I pressed the same button multiple times. Selecting anything becomes a major issue. Typing anything is the same. Press a key, and I get 3-4 of the same key I pressed. I thought it was:

    1. The remote - I tried re-sync, new batteries, I bought a new remote. Problem persists
    2. Boxee Box - Factory reset, problem persists
    3. Turned off wireless router, thinking wireless interference. - Problem persists.
    4. Updated boxee firmware. Problem persists

My Boxee is wired to a router.

I have downloaded a boxee wireless remote on the Android. This works fine.

    Any help would be appreciated.

To reset the transceiver in the Boxee Box, pull the power cord for about 15s and then plug it back in. See if that helps. If not, then more than likely, the Box hardware is bad and if it's still under warranty, you could contact D-Link for an RMA.
