Well Team XBMC just recently announced that they have ported XBMC to Android here: http://xbmc.org/theuni/2012/07/13/xbmc-for-android/. They currently have it running on one of these: http://www.amazon.com/Media-ULTRA-Co...keywords=pivos. I'm not sure how XBMC will handle full bluray rips on this particular machine as it doesn't seem to be powerful enough but once this rolls out in full force it will be a huge competitor to Boxee Box. I'm thinking about buying that cheap box from Amazon and installing XBMC since I don't plan on streaming my bluray rips to my bedroom as I only have a 30 inch HDTV there.

That will give me a working Netflix without audio issues and a new issue I'm seeing now where the box freezes or reboots in the middle of watching something. Right now I only use the Boxee Box for watching a couple of my 720p local TV shows and mostly app streaming which are all available in XBMC and with my box seeming like it's on its last legs this is perfect timing.
