Boxee Box Firmware Update Problems.

I do believe it is a routing issue; However, it is on my ISP side. I attempted to talk to the Verizon Customer service and it was like trying to explain the issue to a 5 year old. They just didn't get it. So at this stage I have no idea what to do at this point. And to answer several peoples question that have been trying to help me I reinstalled Windows 7 and tried to use Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari, & Opera to no avail. I also reflashed my router firmware and reset defaults. I also changed the DNS from Verizon's to Google's, L3's, OpenDNS, Comodo Secure DNS and still didn't work. So I do not believe DNS is an issue. But here is the thing ALL "tracert" WORK to any boxee domain. But the VPN is still working.

This is my official apology to the Boxee community. I finally fixed ALL my problems. Turns out it wasn't anything I described earlier. A few months ago I wanted to downgrade the Boxee Box and follow step 3 from http://forums.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=35225 and blocked dl.boxee.tv & app.boxee.tv well that's when all my problems started. Not remembering that I blocked those address I ASSUMED it was not on my end. So again I apologize to the community and any problems I may have caused. This problems was self inflicted and a good learning lesson. Now we can all have a good laugh.
