Should be nice. When it will come or when XBMC will be on it remains to be seen. Congrats to both teams though, well done.

Indeed VERY promising. XBMC is already running on Android, but with issues with hardware decoding.

If XBMC becomes officially supported on OUYA, then I would expect that they will solve the hardware decoding issues.

Having a XBMC box for $99 is really a strong selling point.

Many people (myself included) will think twice before upgrading to a possible BoxeeBox 2 when we can have XBMC on OUYA.

I just hope that Boxee will implement the "automatically play next video" feature ASAP, as well as fix the HD audio issue and many other issues in the *current* product. This would be a nice move if they want to keep us as returning customers in a possible BoxeeBox 2 release.

General hardware decoding on XBMC for Android will be out long before Ouya is released. What you see now is early Alpha and we are ramping up fast. Pivos XIOS DS devices got hardware decoding first because we could take advantage of some else that will be released with a few days. Stay tuned for more XBMC fun

Great job you guys, seriously. Do you have any reservations for the Tegra chipsets or will this be just as easy? I see several million downloads in your future on Android.
