Well, I have XBMC running on my Tegra 2 Acer Iconia A500. Works pretty well. I don't have that much HD content, so it's not the greatest yet, but still, to consolidate all my music, movies, tv shows in one app and play them is a helluva lot better than browsing to my SMB shares. Plays my SD through 720p content fine.

Sounds good - which APK build are you using?

Experience so far on Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab (Android 3.2):

Software installs and runs up quickly.
The touch screen interface is really smooth and intuitive, very easy to use.
The default skin works well - experimented by downloading and installing a few other skins. All worked as expected, there are many good alternatives available. The Eexob skin is great for Boxee lovers (emulates the great 0.9xx interface)
Network - just works! SMB took less than a minute to set up and flawlessly finds my Windows and BoxeeBox shares. Just the way it should be. Have not played with uPnP yet.
The music player is the superb music player xbmc users know and love. It is just great. P3, FLAC, DTS - you name it, it works. Why oh why couldn't Boxee have implemented this player? - they could easily have used the code!!
Programs and add-ons - install and run as expected. Experimented with a few and did not have any real issues.
Photos - once again, that great familiar xbmc interface.
Video - this is where there are some negatives. Hardware accelleration is only available on the Pivos XIOS so far (I think) and other chipsets like Tegra will have to wait.
- loading, sorting, and scraping - flawless and completely customiseable.
- SD videos play really well, but will benefit from hardware accelleration as some of the very fast motion can be jarring on the eyes. Tried most formats: AVI, MP4, MKV, MOV, etc - could not find any fyle type that would not play.
- SD DVD ISO's mostly play flawlessly, including the touch screen DVD menu interface. Including some that I could never successfully get to play on Boxee Box. I had heard Android would not support ISO's, so I was pleasantly surprised - probably uses software rendering I guess.
- HD video - this is where the hardware accelleration is really needed. Some 720p videos play fairly well (Futurama 720p looked great) but many are a bit jittery. 1080p videos run up but are generally very shaky and not watchable.

Overall impressions: for an alpha release SENSATIONAL. Stable and smooth, just works.
There are a few bugs and instability, but it looks really, really good so far.
On good Android hardware with hardware accelleration, this is going to be a serious player. And I love it!!
