    Sorry, the HBO go website says that, while Roku is good with HBO go, Comcast will not support HBO go on Roku. Roku would have been nice!

    Default Is anybody at Boxee paying attention?

    I'd like to know: can we expect a reply/resolution for the issue? Marcel claims it should work, but neither me nor seemingly anybody else can get it to work. Can we get an answer? Can you support your product? Does it work or not?

    I've had Boxee for about 2 years now, and it's been nothing but headaches. I put it in the closet for several months at a time, then try again thinking that support has maybe improved and the software updates should make it better. Just plugged it in again to try and get some HBO GO, and wouldn't you know it: it doesn't work, and nobody at Boxee cares to respond.

    Boxee = misery

    I spent a lot of money on this thing.

    After losing HBO GO with no response I saw this in the news this AM and am thinking about junking the old AppleTV/Boxee and replacing the Boxee Box on the other TV with the Favi SmartStick

    $50, Android Operating System (lots of APPS!), HBO GO & Netflix.

    Very disappointed in the lack of response on the HBO GO fiasco. It was there and now it's not without a word.

    I have to admit I'm not impressed with Boxee at this point. Is there any plan to fix this issue or should be consider that you abandoned the product?

    If we are unable to use the browser to access content in other networks and there will be no update to fix this the Boxee is effectively un-usable for many people. Shouldn't you care what your existing customers experience is? Remember how much it costs to acquire a customer and how much more it costs to LOSE one.

    Thanks,
    J

    Per the blog post, there will be a Flash update that should provide access to much of the online content (that's the hope, at any rate).
