Here's a chance to inspire developers to develop and maintain better apps that deliver more content and also improve boxee as a whole.

I'm building apps that I want users to pay for, either one-time or on a subscription basis.

I want boxee to process the customer payment/subscriptions and then in an administration backend I can decide when I want to cash in my earnings. Boxee of course are free to take their 5% of my payout and can use the money to improve the boxee service.

I win, the consumer wins, boxee wins, what's not to like??

Spawning a boxee app economy like this could not only get content publishers interested but also solve the current content crisis most of us outside the USA/Canada know all to well.
