Internet streaming

Hi,
It's probably been asked before but can some of the more enlightened and technically superior to me provide an answer to this please...
Can the Boxee Box be used to stream live internet video feeds wirelessly from my modem/router and feed into my TV via HDMI cable? I bought a LG Smart TV on the advice of the sales rep that my TV could do this. It can't. I wish to watch the live world tour surfing from aspworldtour.com (Billabong Pro, Quiksilver Pro, etc) on my 47" screen rather than the 21" iMac.

Where are there live feeds on that site? All I see are links to youtube videos on various pages. If you can provide an exact page to a live feed, someone can take a look for you with the Boxee Box.

you buy a boxee box w/ your new tv for $99 at best buy to do all of that and more.

aspworldtour.com is the page I go to to see what events are on. Then I look at the right hand side of the page under the heading ASP EVENTS and click on any of the links. At the moment there is the Roxy Pro from France ( http://roxylive.com/roxyprobiarritz/...aign=roxypro12) and the Billabong Pro from Sth Africa(http://www.billabongpro.com/). I click on the "LIVE" heading and the event, when it is on live, streams video.

I can confirm that the "live" stream is working. I'm currently watching the "Roxy Pro 2012" live feed. That being said, I cannot access the High(HD 720) quality stream, only the medium and low. So it's not gonna look too good on your 47" screen.
