Can't complete boot of boxee box
I recently upgraded my projector to a 1080p native one (Optoma HD33) which is working well, however suddenly my Boxee box is not synching properly to it.
Boxee boots normal at 720x480, gives me great sound and animation for the boot, and then goes into the buffering blue circle screen and then I start seeing lync messages from my projector saying that Boxee is sending a 1080p 50Hz signal ... which is wierd, since I am in the US and I know we use 60Hz.
It occasionally will flash the blue synch circle (guess it remembers to do 60Hz or reverts back to 720 on occasion) but I never get this to end ... either there is a perpetual update loop that Boxee is stuck in, or something else .... Any suggestions?
It's currently non-functional and I am getting ready to retire it to another room and bring a Roku out but would like not to. Suggestions?
