    Default Movie Information

Boxee cuts my movie information before the end, so I never really know what its about untill I watch it. Also there can be two versions, one version on the main page as you browse (depending on your settings) and when I select the movie I might get either the same movie info or another version of the description but in either case I don't get the full movie info. Think I get two versions on the files I use .nfos for but how can I make boxee display all the text ?

Unfortunately, I don't think you can without shortening the text itself.

Yeah, I think this first came up when NFO files began being supported...

The only way to get Boxee to display the information (although it is truncated to a smaller version of the description) is to create NFO files without the description and let Boxee fill it in from their own database. For instance, I created all my NFOs with the Movie titles and ID Tags, and I can see all of the movie description since Boxee fills in the missing information with text that fits in the allowed text field. Sucks that this is the only way to do it, but it works.
