Is D-Link still supporting Boxee Box? I can't get a response from them.

I have tried repeatedly over the last week. This is about the replacement box they sent to me, which apparently wasn't tested before it went out the door. I can't get a remote to work with it.

I have emailed them repeatedly, no response.

Wow, that was something for timing.

They've just relaunched a new version of their site. (This has been working forever http://www.dlink.com/boxee/ and is gone now too)

For the general support link you gave: does the Boxee Box go by another name? They require you to select the product, but Boxee Box isn't listed.

If you're not sure either, I guess I will break down and call them. I just hate trying to understand thick foreign accents, so I put off calling as a last resort.
