Some movies are now ripped with AC3 and DTS audio aside the MKV-file. But will BB ever handle this files?

AC3 and DTS work fine, it's only HD audio streams that won't play such as DTS-MA.
Are you justp laying the sound through the TV or with an optical cable into an amp. If the latter it's possibly the way your amp is setup, if the former then something is wrong with the way the file was created.

Even if you were playing a HD audio file you would still get audio out with a compatible system, just not good audio! lol
Check your audio settings in BB and make sure you haven't got something ticked that whatever it is you are playing your audio back on doesn't support. Let us know your actual setup!
Also (as the mods would say) Google and download a program called "media info lite". Run that program on your file and copy/paste the output in a post here.
When you say "When I starting the movie it ends up with no audio what so ever...", does that mean you start with sound but end up with no sound at the end of the movie?? Or just no sound the whole time?

Running Boxee Box firmware: 1.5.1.23735
Uhhmm... Maybe I wasnīt clear enought with my question but to solve the problem and to get proper support.
Heres what I mean:
Back to the Future I 1985 [mkvonly].English.dts
Back to the Future I 1985 [mkvonly].Francais.ac3
Back to the Future I 1985 [mkvonly].Magyar.ac3
Back to the Future I 1985 [mkvonly].Russian.ac3
Back to the Future I 1985 [mkvonly].Espanol.ac3
Back to the Future I 1985 [mkvonly].Italiano.ac3
Back to the Future I 1985 [mkvonly].mkv
As you can see, the audiotrack is a separate ac3-file and dts-file. I know I could use mkvtoolnix to mux it all togheter, but my question is when will BB be able to read and use this files?![]()
Just mux the audio files you want into the mkv using mkvtoolnix - since you clearly know about this it shouldn't be an issue to accomplish - it's also very fast.
I don't think Boxee will ever support external audio files since I haven't seen anyone ask for it until now.
