Boxee Slow to start
Hello,
I am a new boxee user (had the Logitech Revue before). I have two issues.
1. Slow to start up. Once I turn my TV on it takes at least 5 minutes for the machine to be ready for use.
2. It is also slow to gather my local files. When I want to watch a movie from my server it takes a good 8 minutes for the boxee to bring up all the movies for me to pick.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is the Box connected wirelessly or wired?
What make/model router are you using?
What OS or NAS is the Box getting content from and how is that PC/NAS connected to your network?

Hello and thanks for your help, below are the answers.
The box is currently wireless but I also tried it wired and was still slow.
The Router is Ubee 3201b. I got it from time warner cable. It is a modem too.
The NAS is a NETGEAR Ready NAS.
The NAS is connected directly to the Router/Modem
