    Default [HELP] Icecast2 ices shuffle

Hello, I wonder if there is a way to make music mode shuffle, I mean the tracks playing randomly, not like now, when tracks play like written in playlist.txt (tracks now play like being in a queue). So if anybody knows how to help me, please, feel free to write your opinion how you want, because all I need is a solution. I use ices 0.4, because it plays MP3 tracks and I am not interested in converting to .ogg because of lack of time. I'm running my ices 0.4 on Icecast2. By the way, there is an option in ices config file:
    Code:
    <Randomize>1</Randomize>
And as you see, I have it written 1, but tracks don't randomize at all, I also tried making this value to 0, the same. So, please, help me, any solutions would be appreciated.

Is this for an app that you're trying to develop or just using Boxee software on a computer?

I actually don't understand what you are asking, but maybe you are talking about something like this: I have Icecast2 server running on Linux (Ubuntu 11.10)

Well, I have no idea what Icecast2 is. This is the Boxee forum site for Boxee desktop software and the Boxee Box media streamer.

    Which Boxee are you using?

Perhaps you might want to go over to the Icecast forums and post your question
