    Default weather inop

I can't seem to set up the weather on my boxee. When I try to change the weather settings on my boxee in the settings it brings me to the weather app. This app fails to load and I get a message about it unable to find weather for my location. When I click on settings in the dialog box, it brings me to the main settings menu. and aroudn and around I go. I do not recall ever putting my location anywhere. So, how do I fix this?

If you're referring to D-Link BoxeeBox then navigate to Settings > General > Weather Settings to setup weather location

Is your City available in the software version? So i would suggest you to try with a major city first in your location settings and see if it still works. Then, go to the AccuWeather app (not via the Home Screen) and try to add your correct location there after removing the major city.
    Then see what happens!

the only city I can change is the one used in the timezone. I can adjust that all I want, but no matter what city I choose I still get stuck in the loop.

I have never had weather on this. I purchased my Boxee in the winter and never thought about it. Now with severe weather around I would like to have it. In other posts it looks like I may have to do a factory reset. My concern is that I do said factory reset, and it still doesn't work.

Maybe factory reset will solve your problem. All your settings are saved and the database is not removed. So you can try it.

I have exactly the same issue. Reset to factory settings did not help
