My kids lost their boxee remote. So I picked up a new one. It seems like the old one is paired and I cant get the new one to work. Any one have any ideas what I need to do? Thanks!

Hrm... you should be able to just pair the new one. How close to the Box are you when doing the pairing? Get really close
If that doesn't work, trying powering off the box, removing the power cord for 15s or so, reconnecting the power cord, turning on the box, getting really really close, and try to pair the remote again.
(To answer your question: there is no way to "unpair".)
