Can't get connected to the web

Hello everyone,

I just bought a new boxee and I've been trying the whole afternoon to go online with the Linksys WRT610N but with no luck. The guy from Dlink tech support was very supportive but didn't get any result. He even suggested that I change the settings from WPA2 to WPA. I got more than 15 devices to it and never had a problem. Any help will be appreciated.

I'd try manually setting up the Box with a static IP address and use 8.8.4.4 for DNS.

Go to settings / network / network
Make a note of all the current settings for each entry on the screen
Change DHCP (or whatever the current is) to "manual"
Reuse the settings you noted down above, EXCEPT:
Use 8.8.4.4 for the DNS entry instead of whatever it was

Now it says that the password is invalid. This is a password i've used for 20 devices with no headache.

Make sure you don't have caps or num lock on the remote... otherwise I don't know what the problem might be.

Have you seen the password correctly when you type it on Boxee? Manual setting would solve your problem. So i also tell you to make sure that your password is going in right.
