It is....In fact,the unit has not been turned on for about a month....using xbox to stream...unit is in mint condition.

you can sell it on Kijiji or craigslist for $120 easily.
I sold TV Tuner for $45, so $80 is just too cheap for BB.

tried craig's list locally in NC...not 1 response!find it hard to believe that many people probably haven't a clue as to to what a BB is and does! Thanks
