Anyone else having problems with mp4 created in Format Factory?

Having a weird problem - I have a bunch of mp4 files which work properly on Boxee Box. I combined them using Format Factory into one file. It plays perfectly on VLC on my computer. Tried on Boxee Box, video plays with no sound and constant buffering. Can't figure out what the problem is. Any suggestions?

The aspect ratio of the two files are different, the first is 5:4, the second is 4:3 -- what were the they for the original files?

There are multiple original files, with a mixture of 16:9 and 4:3.

I don't know much about this stuff but what I would try is to make the final file NOT use 5:4 aspect ratio.

Crud, I missed it the first time (sorry!), but I think its the fact that you're using H.263 encoding.

In the Announcement section of the forum is a sticky post about how to best encode for the Box... Follow the guidelines/steps and see if that doesn't help.
