Default Netflix App: It just "stopped" launching

Has anyone else had any issues with the NetFlix app? THe other day it just stopped working for no reason - won't launch at all (just kicks me back to the main app screen). I have restarted the Boxee - did a full factory reset - still the same results.

I am able to login to Netflix via a webbrowser, so it's not an account issue.

Any ideas/advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It could be a corrupted app stored on your box. I had this in the past with another app that wouldn't start anymore, but instead would kick me back to the app screen.
I managed to fix this by forcing a download of the app by adding it to my favorites and then removing it. This seems to trigger a download of the latest app. If you already have the app as a favorite just do the opposite, unfavorite followed by favorite.

Hope this helps you with this issue.

    Thanks for the reply!

After resetting the BB to factory defaults, it downloaded the newer version of firmware. Once that installed and I set everything up, the NetFlix app still wasn't (and isn't) working.

Really at a loss here, and it's rather frustrating

Have you tried Clearing NetFlix data under Settings > System > Services > Clear Netflix data ? If not please try it and also try to use Google DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.

If none of them help please open a support ticket
