Default Recently refreshed my Boxee Box's - Have to identify AGAIN!

Recently refreshed my Boxee Box's due to a server issue and disk replacement.

Why oh Why do I have to keep identifying the files?!? I have identified them before why can't it save the info somewhere!

Best bet is to create NFOs for those files should you need to go through this again.

For movies that don't identify I save an nfo file with just the imdb URL in... very quick and easy ... it seems to still work

The NFO idea is currently the only way.

For me, I have no trouble to re-identify. Takes about an hour for movies (350) and audio (369 artists 21K songs). I typically have about 7-9 movies that don't ID and must manually do. But that's me..

Would be nice if there was a way to back up the index...not the first time that's been asked for like so many other things. ;-)

For some reason it doesn't auto detect, so I click to identify and using the same title it gives its me its 99% of the time the film I wanted. Ahwell, maybe in the new Boxee Box..but not getting my hopes up

    Thanks

I have 1k movies and use NFOs, and there are still about 10 that don't resolve properly (even with the correct information in the NFO). I also have 6 movies that refuse to show up in the movie library no matter what I do. I opened a JIRA regarding this issue and the Boxee dev team seems to think it has something to do with NFS? I have my doubts about that but oh well. Anyway, 99% is pretty good, but it should be 100% given I bothered to create the NFO files.

Please zip up said nfo files so I can take a look and see if indeed an NFS issue.

I have a few different NFS servers I can test.

The JIRA ticket is http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-12338. The content is as follows:

    High Tension (2003)
    Saw II (2005)
    Scream (1996)
    The Rules of Attraction (2002)

I will upload the NFO files to the JIRA ticket when I get the chance. I have also seen other posts mentioning Scream and Saw II are not showing up in their media libraries, so this is not just me. Weird stuff...
