Angry Possible to connect more than two HDDs?

Is it possible to connect more than two harddrives to the boxee box, even though there are "only" two USB ports?

If so; how should I proceed?

    Thanks

PS: my HDDs have external power cables and are 2 TB each.

I believe a powered USB hub (connected to the Boxee Box) will do the trick.

Thanks. Could you recommend a specific powered hub?

Nope, sorry, I don't use one myself.

If your HDD's are powered, any hub will work, it doesn't have to be powered.

I actually use the Rock Band instruments hub on my BB and it works fine.

    Cheers

Why don't you connect it to your computer instead and get to it via of your network. Don't forget to map the drive to your computer. This is what I've done with about 8 USB drives. Works great and it easier to update the drives.

Please explain how you get a 32Gb 1080p DTS film file to stream over a wireless network without stammering and jittering?

    Thanks

It's now more feasible with 802.11ac equipment.

    Buffalo AirStation AC1300 802.11ac Router: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833162067

    Buffalo AirStation AC1300 802.11ac Bridge: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833162066

    Or Netgear R6300 802.11ac Router: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833122466

Of course you still are going to need 802.11ac network cards or adapter.

I believe at the moment your only choice is the Netgear A6200 (http://www.netgear.com/home/products...ers/a6200.aspx), the first and only 802.11ac 5G WiFi USB Adapter.

Sadly though I can't find anywhere you can buy the adapter. Probably a few weeks away. Not that you really want this adapter anyways since it's only USB 2, so you are limited to 480 Mbps.
