Default Navi-x and Home videos and Favorite websites DISAPPEAR ?!??!!!

I have had this issue for a long time now. It started right after I upgraded to Version 1.5. The problem is when I cannot see the home page videos (Recommended videos in home page), Navi-x icon is disappeared form Apps AND all my favorite websites are removed and don't show up anymore.

Also, my watch later list and friends list show empty. However, after a day or two or sometimes a few hours everything gets back to normal. I'm sure the problem is not Navi-x as ALL Disappear together. I have reset the software a few times but no LUCK !!!

I believe It's because these information is saved on Boxee's server and when their server is off we can do nothing here. That's my guess. Please respond to this TH.

    Thanks

If you'd like a response from Boxee, please submit a support ticket, see the first link below.

What I can say is that most people don't experience what you've reported the vast majority of time.

(You can try setting a static IP address for your Boxee Box in Settings>>Network>>Network and using Google DNS: 8.8.4.4)
Note: This is a users' community forum. For official support, submit a Support Request.
You can also find out how to Get Help or read the Boxee TV and Boxee Box Documentation.

Since this is not a widespread issue, I'd guess that it's your Boxee Box's connection to the Internet, or at least, it's route to the Boxee servers, rather than the Boxee servers going offline... which is why darcilicious suggested trying a static IP and Google's DNS. Is your Boxee Box connected to the Internet via WiFi or the physical Ethernet port? When you experience these issues, do you have any problems using other Internet services?

No Phrend, all other devices connected work properly. Even boxee works fine. Like I can use other apps in my boxee including web browser. So, I know internet is not an issue. By the way, I started to have this issue after the forced upgrade to 1.5V.

Are you using any other 3rd party repositories? Is this still happening?

    Happening here as well.
I'm in my apps a few time a day to hit up Revision3 and Navi-X has only appeared in my list once in the past week or so.

I have a few repository entries. I'll clean them up tonight to see if that makes a difference.

No Marcel, Navi-x repository is the only one I have added. Nothing else

Make sure you are using the full repo address and not tinyurl.com/navixforboxee... DNS issues have been known to cause problems at times accessing Navi-X.
