Yes, Netflix and Vudu are available as are probably hundreds of other apps: http://www.boxeeappreviews.com/
There are some adult apps but I don't recall offhand what they are. I'm sure if you search the forums on porn and/or adult, you'll be able to suss them out.
I've never heard of superdvd so I don't know if there's a Boxee app for it or not.

@darci OP is asking for it on Boxee for Apple TV!! AFAIK all premium apps including NetFlix, Vudu aren't supported/available on Boxee for PC,Linux & ATV anymore
