Navi-x and Netflix Apps will not work

I keep trying to add them, they worked yesterday, but today both of them do nothing, I removed them from favorites and every attempt at reinstalling them ends in "CAN NOT ADD" .

ANy help would be appreciated.

The error message verbatim is "CAN NOT ADD"... in that case sizing and all??

Really though, please provide an error message word for word. Also, are you able to add or remove any other apps?

It actually says Error Installing Application, then an APP BOX opens up, and it states Could Not Add : Netflix

This also happens on Navi-x, some of my apps show no thumbnails, but all others seem to work.

I would power cycle my modem, then the boxee box and try again. You can also try to "Reset All Settings" from your factory restore menu on Boxee Box. This seems to kick that stuff out of the box once performed.

I did the reset all settings, but it didnt help. I will try power cycling the modem, not sure how that would effect the boxee. I am also wondering if a full factory reset would be helpful in this situation, and if so, how would I go about doing that.

Sometimes a factory restore fixes it. Otherwise, the issue is typically that your boxee firmware is not interacting with your settings on boxee server, preventing it from adding or removing apps... typically because of an issue with the server and/or apps inability to interact with the server do to an error.
