Just noticed this one on my iPad 3 and AppleTV 3: Airplay starts off working fine with video, but then the iPad display goes to sleep and the Airplay presentation gets shut off.

Also, if you start a video with Airplay already activated, the bottom video navigation never appears on the iPad, so there's no way to shut it off.
