Small but annoying bug.

When I go into "files" to identify new content, I select the mkv / mp4 file and it brings up the identify file page.

Then, after about 2 seconds, the "indentify" icon disappears. So I can't continue identifying.

I have to press back, then select the same file a second time, then the identify button is there and I can select it.

This happens every single time I want to identify a new file. I have to select it twice.

Small bug but I wonder if any other boxee user gets it?

Yea I noticed this ,too. But its not happening on every file.

Happens if you press the "identify" button too quickly. It will reload the file as a "clip" and the identify button missing.

I don't press anything.

The file info loads. Then the identify button just disappears without me touching the remote.

Every single time.

Same thing happens to me. When the identify button disappears, I have to go back, then re-select the file, and then the identify button is there and stays there. It adds about 5-10 seconds to the identify process. Small but annoying is right.

bb always had this issue, at least i have been experiencing this since i started doing manual identification/ i usually load the file and then skip out load the file again and then identify/ honestly speaking i don't wanna complain cause in the process of fixing it they will break another five features/

Yeah same here. It's not a huge deal - just a minor nuisance. The bug has been there for the last several versions of the software, at least.

I've had this quite a few times. I recall it being an issue going back to the 0.9 desktop versions. It seems to happen for me if Boxee is loading a thumbnail for the video. Once it has loaded the thumbnail the button disappears.
Several times I have selected the Identify button a pressed OK just as it disappears so I end up clicking Play instead. Very annoying!
