Thread: Netflix, Browser, and NAVI-X not working!!

    Unhappy Netflix, Browser, and NAVI-X not working!!

    HELP!, When i press the netflix button i get a blank screen, then back to the menu. The same happens when i enter netflix from the App Directory. Also when playing a video from say MTV.CA, it takes forever to buffer and then is VERY VERY choppy once it does load, almost unwatchable. And finally, when I log onto NAVI-X i get loading screen, and it doesnt even make it to the NAVI-X main menu.
    Now im back to using my PS3 but Ide really like to resolve this issue with Boxee before i hurl it out a window.

    so much NETFLIX issue...
    NETFLIX should take it off from Boxee Box, till they fix this app...
    I'm gonna write to Netflix very soon with all these issues and all the forum links ...
    I guess, s--t needs to hit the fan till they fix an app that people pay for it and it's one of the reason that regular people buy the boxee box!

    I had to go out and buy a Western Digital LIVE TV Box because everything on Boxee Box s**t the bed on me. I cant use it for anything right now, Even when i go to log into my own files shared on my computer, it asks me for my username and password like no word of a lie 15-20 times, and either doesnt work or after 25+ times it logs in. GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRR 200 bucks well spent

    If you go into settings menu find netflix clear cached netflix data then re-add your netflix acc. this fixed it for me but it has happened several times since then on mine hope this gets fixed soon Not sure About Navi X

    I have the same issues with the asking for username/password for months now! And I could only wish that that was the only problem ...

    for me, netflix is a little slow to load the videos, but the quality has been great.

    Default Netflix

    I just purchased my boxee box. all aps work except netflix. Netflix ap can see my account, but does not allow me to play any shows. I called Netflix and they tried, but no luck. They say we need to be able to see the activation code to add it to the netflix account. I called D-link and they tried, but failed. I emailed support and have yet to hear from them.

    I have clear cache, rebooted, took BB back to original -seems like everything except enter activation code from BB into netflix. How can I see the Activation code or fix the problem so that I do not have to return the BB and buy a different product?

    There seems to be a problem for some folks yesterday/today. Your best bet is to wait to hear back from Boxee support.
