Password incorrect

Have installed Boxee on my atv, have registered with the site. When I try to login to Boxee on atv I keep getting the above message. Is there a time lag between registering on the site and being able to access Boxee on the atv?

Have you validated your new account?
After registration, expect an email from boxee with instructions on how to validate your account (please check your junk/spam tray just in case).

Follow the instructions, since you will only be able to login to the application upon the completion of the validation process.

If you didn't get any validation email, please visit our website to regenerate the email.

I have tried that with no success! I can log into the forums ok, but when I try to log in to Boxee, and to the main Boxee www site I keep getting this error message Unknown user name or password. When I try to re register the site tells me that the email address is already registered!! Can you help it is getting very frustrating!

Are you using any oddball characters in your password? Also, passwords are case sensitive.

I would try changing the password to something simple, letters and numbers, all lower case for example, and see if that works.

@freelander the forum username and password is not the same as the boxee website you also need to register there..if your email is already registered just browse to http://www.boxee.tv and select the "Forgot Password" link ,you will receive an email with your username and instructions on how to retrieve your password.
